Northwest Bank Named as One of Western Pennsylvania’s Best Places to Work in 2022

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – Pittsburgh Business Times honored the winners of its 2022 Best Places to Work award, celebrating 76 local companies on January 19, 2023 at the Rivers Casino Events Center, including Northwest Bank, a full-service financial institution offering a complete line of business and personal banking products. Specifically, Northwest earned placement within the listing’s extra-large category, staffing more than 150 employees.

The annual awards program honors companies of all sizes. Companies were judged based on an online employee survey that was provided in late 2022. Conducted by Quantum Workplace, the survey takes into account a variety of factors ranging from employee job satisfaction to salary satisfaction to perspectives on management.
Companies were categorized by the following sizes:
- Small: 10–24 employees
- Medium: 25–49 employees
- Large: 50–149 employees
- Extra-large: more than 150 employees
